The exact address is Tashkent region, Yangiyul district, Bunyodkor mahalla, Turon street 184. The complex sits on the first line of the M-34 Tashkent — Dushanbe highway, so access is convenient for both cars and freight vehicles. The company office is in Tashkent at Afrosiab street 2.

A bus station with platforms and a waiting hall operates on site — a transport hub on the M-34 linking two regions, six cities and ten district centres. The company sends detailed information: layouts, areas, land and building documents, and current occupancy. 3. A site visit. 4. Agreement of commercial terms and signing of the contract.
